The 69 holiday apartments in the Surses Alpin Holiday Village in Savognin belong to the local municipality, the cable railway and Grischalpin and are rented on a week to week basis by well-known travel agencies. They can only be booked through designated partners.
The 160 furnished aparments of the rocksresort can be rented or bought outright. The apartments that are sold will be rented during the time when the owners are not using them. This resort also includes 75 hotel rooms, 14 shops and 6 restaurants and cafés.
