A paradise for hikers combined with urban and historical flair - I believe that is what makes our region special. The mountains of Davos Klosters inspired Thomas Mann to write his novel "The Magic Mountain". 100 years later you can enjoy the magic of our mountains and the alpine summer, as well as the many diverse offers that we have prepared for your visit to Davos Klosters. In order to give you some idea what is on offer we begin naturally in the mountains.
The Jöri lakes high above the Flüela Pass are the most beautiful mountain lakes in Switzerland. The region features mighty mountain ranges with over 3000 meter peaks, such as the Piz Grialetsch and Piz Keschsäumen and the valleys of Davos and Klosters. High trails with panoramic views lead along the mountainsides from one alpine meadow to the next. These footpaths used for centuries will let you explore this wonderland and discover secluded mountain passes such as the Strela Pass and the Scaletta Pass as well as remote valleys such as the Dischmatal.
Davos Klosters is a holiday destination offering the visitor countless possibilities. All our cable-cars transport bikes and everyone will find their perfect hiking trail here. Families will discover the ruggedly romantic side valleys such as the Sertigtal and e-bikers will appreciate the vast network of charging stations. Davos will add an urban dimension to your summer holiday. One example is the Kirchner Museum in Davos that shows the world's most impressive collection an expressionist painter, who lived and painted here for 20 years. Another example is the award-winning ecological golf course in Klosters, which is renowned for its variety of rare alpine plants.
Moreover, it is worth mentioning that with the "Davos Klosters inclusive", all guests travel free on all cable-cars of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) from Klosters to Filisur.
